Safety issues	Electricity	There could be a lot of things plugged in, if we had a live band, since they would have guitars that need to be plugged in. If there are a lot of long chords plugged in then someone could trip over. It could also be used so much that the circuit explodes. Someone could spill their drink and it could go on the wires and electrocute you if you are near it.
	Sunlight	Because we are doing it in the afternoon, there won’t be much sunlight therefore we would have to bring our own lighting, otherwise we won’t be able to film because it would be too dark.
	Windows	They could break by accident because someone might throw something and it could hit the window and break it.
	Noise	It could get loud due to music and everyone talking but there won’t be complaints since its in a hall.

Overall suitability	This is suitable for our film, since it’s a party and it has a lot of space in it, since it is made for parties, the problems listed are unlikely to happen so the overall suitability is good.
